Cultivating Self-Love to assist with overcoming a debilitating condition. With Concentrations in: The 8 Limbs of Yoga, Personal Fitness, Nutrition, Mindfulness, Mental and Emotional Health. Cultivating a lifestyle allowing him to Feel, Listen and Move through his Body.
